Resolv Engineering Ltd provides specialist engineering consultancy, integrity assessment, and risk management services to the UK energy and utilities sectors.


Our purpose is to deliver technically excellent, compliant, and reliable services that help our clients maintain the safety, integrity, and performance of critical infrastructure.

To achieve this, we operate a Quality Management System aligned with the principles and requirements of ISO 9001:2015, which provides the framework for establishing, reviewing, and achieving our quality objectives.

  1. Understanding and meeting customer requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable statutory and regulatory standards (including IGEM, PD 8010, and related codes).

  2. Enhancing customer satisfaction through the consistent delivery of high-quality, timely, and compliant services.

  3. Continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and our business processes.

  4. Providing the resources, training, and competence necessary to achieve quality objectives and support professional development.

  5. Monitoring performance through internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions to ensure continual improvement.

  6. Maintaining effective communication so that the importance of quality, customer focus, and compliance is understood throughout the organisation.

 

This policy is communicated to all employees through the Quality Management System and is made available to interested parties upon request.


It is reviewed annually as part of the management review process to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
